I recently made a custom necklace with Lorry from diamonds that had been my grandmother's. I worked with Tim to custom build my engagement ring, and it couldn’t be more perfect. My fiancé worked with Tim. He was so patient As we knew exactly what we wanted. He helped to make a wax molding (twice). He said, "We have to make sure it's EXACTLY what she wants." He then later helped my husband surprise me with a wedding band. He kept it all under wraps so I had no idea until at the altar. I ended up going back to have my favorite Oscar de la Renta necklace fixed. Tim is so personable. He goes way above and beyond for clients. I wanted to sell my engagement ring and have my wedding band turned into earrings. I worked with Tim and was offered a super fair price and my custom earrings were ready a couple of weeks later. Totally recomend!!

Did I hear right? What's with kicking an animal? You may want to talk to your marketing department. Even in fun, promoting abuse is just wrong. I hope you enjoy all the 'publicity' this was my response initially she hearing the commercial. I am editing because they did the responsible and ethical thing by pulling the ad and responding to the review!

Fantastic jeweler! I can't say enough great things about Tim and Powers in general. My husband and I got our wedding rings here and have since gone back for other jewelry. They get to know their customers and will work with you to make sure you get what you want. They stand by their products and don't have ridiculous insurance policies like other jewelers where you'd have to have your ring inspected every 6 months and then they ship it off somewhere for repairs. No "check-ups" required at Powers. You can bring in your jewelry at any time and have it repaired on site! I am a nurse so I use and wash my hands a lot and put on/take off gloves constantly. I had an issue where I lost one of the smaller diamonds on my engagement ring. I brought it in and they replaced it for free. And they dipped it (white gold) for free too! Same day. No questions asked! I have friends that have to pay hundreds of dollars for rhodium plating. Another time I brought in a broken necklace from my grandmother that I wanted to pay to have repaired. Tim looked at it and noticed that there was just a bent part and he fixed it right there no charge. I really appreciated his honesty. We've had engraving done and they've even offered to special order items that they do not stock. Beautiful selection of new and antique jewelry. Love love love Powers!
